they pay just in time, they send the pay voucher where it specifies the payments and withholdings and the incentives they pay according to the work effort.

they care about working as a team, always helping each other with a very good working environment, it feels very pleasant and familiar to work with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
as for culture I love it because there is a lot of inclusion and respect for all, the welfare is very good, we have game rooms, places to rest, water and many events in each month.
