Initially, it was good. But with the new manager, the team is all over the place. I am surprised because the senior management is simply failing to recognise potential talent because of a pathetic leader. The company will only lose valuable talent in this way.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Choose leaders carefully. Make sure the leader and managers are experienced in handling people more experienced than them. Managers telling employees about their pay is absolutely pathetic culture. I was told that I am the highest paid in the team and my pay was discussed brutally for no reason.
