KNOWING THAT I HAVE COMPLETED MY WORK FOR THE DAY AND HAVE HANDLED MORE THAN I USUALLY DO ON A DAILY BASIS. HELPING MY TEAM AND AGENTS AROUND ME TO BETTER ASSIST THEIR CUSTOMERS
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE I GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET MY WORK DONE AND ENSURE I AM NOT BEING CALLED OUT, I CALL OUT, AND AM NEVER ABSENT, I MANAGE MY TIME VERY WELL AND ENSURE MY AGENTS ARE PROGRESSING EACH WEEK. I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED MORE, I FEEL LIKE I HAVE PROVEN MYSELF, MY WORK SHOWS
