It is by far the best experience I have had since 2011. This is one of those companies that they literally would have fun during work but at the same time they will let you learn and become a better version of yourself.

Seeing that we achieve our goals and getting the work done. Getting appreciate and recognized.

They are active, participative and also the collaboration is key to achieving the success of the team.

They are providing an insight of the future and what would be my involvement in the growth that will happen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that I'm paid fairly and that in the industry I strongly believe that I'm on the top of the bracket.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm excited to work because I want to see the growth of the project that I'm currently handling, it will become my success story.

I like how collaborative each team is and that they offer help when need and at the same time they ask our thoughts and insights on how to make the plan better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is engaging, they don't make someone being left behind, I believe that the company enjoys in the success of others and also they believe in coach in private praise in public.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the compensation that I'm receiving right now is subpar to what I'm previously getting. The compensation I would be receiving should also be commensurate with the experience that I have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
