I am happy to attend work because it is my main purpose to have a job and earn a living.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I get that I'm compensated fairly enough, but not with the other perks that we should benefit from, and we demand to get some incentives, such as for attendance and performance.
