so my experience of my company is having a good friends having a good team leader and we do have a work environment who can easily ask the other coworkers and my best experience of my company is that motivating myself building a self confidence since I don't have that during school days.

Bonuses if there is and they feel motivated come to work and also we should never forget the salary because it's the most important on this society.
