What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Claygo or Clean as you go method because happiness should not only be prioritized, but cleanliness as well. It is important to have a clean workplace to avoid sickness and maintain a healthy environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I found a lot of fun at work and I never experience toxicity. Our leadership really lift us up when we feel down and help us to cope up every hardships we encounter specially when we are newbies.
What makes you most happy at work?
The positive vibes that me and my co workers bring everyday in our shift. Even if how queuing it is and sometimes we felt tired, but after all? we still have time making fun and throwing jokes just to set aside the stress caused by a very busy day.
