I feel like there are locking in terms of giving benefits to the employees like daily allowances, meals , transportation .
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It needs to become professional when it terms of task, not to avoid the task that given to each person. Don't act like she is TL of a team in short "sip-sip".
