My colleagues and the work itself since I can have my salary.

Even though we have not so competitive salary, we are still go to work because of our friends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No appraisal. No allowance for Wave 3 and other waves. Much better if we have at least 2,000.00
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are doing our/their best to meet our scorecard goals as a team even if sometimes it's hard for us to meet the standards.
