It is a great team of people, who strongly believe in what they are doing.

I often receive criticism or negative feedback but rarely earn praise. Other individuals assume credit for my work.

Specifically, my coworkers who have perseverance. Those people who are not fake and can acknowledge the works we've done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm motivated to go to work because of the best people I've been with. Not all, but I believe quality is better than quantity.
