Very Nice, Full of new learning, everything is not yet established so it's a good place to learn. You'll learn how to do things starting from a scratch, basically makes you more wiser and knowledgeable.

every one is approachable, especially the training team.

Improvement and diversity of different accounts and that means you'll learn a lot from them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning and making friends while earning money. Hopefully we'll have at least a bit of increase from our basic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
increase the basic, and materialize the incentives clearly. I keep hearing about incentives from others but it really not showing up in payslip.
