What is the best part about your compensation package?
For almost a year of working in the company, I never experienced having a salary disputes.

The leadership team manages their team very well. They coaches their team without being arrogant. And they managed to resolve conflicts within the team promptly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is reliable and quite competitive when it comes to the delivery of numbers every ramp. In times like this we can really see how great we are when it comes to team work and hard work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm in the recruitment team and I love interacting with the candidates. Especially when I get to endorsed them to advance their application, and them get hired for the post. That's the most fulfilling part about my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although we are a very fast paced environment. That we get stress every ramp for we need to deliver the required amount of hires every ramp. We make sure that we reward our team after. Our manager/company values after our mental health and welfare as well.
