My overall experience with my company is great, they gave value to their employee. They see the employees achievements and give recognition to each of them.

For almost a year in this company, I can say that I am satisfied with my job because it gives me less stress and I am more comfortable being in the company; especially on my account. I am not quite satisfied with the salary though because the incentives are still approved or endorse.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am almost at my anniversary in the company yet I have not received my HMO card. Which is I needed it the most because I am pregnant.
