The environment here is so nice and there is no discrimination and a lot of people smiling while working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because there is no additional allowances especially I work with perfect attendance since I was started how good I work I feel like I am not appreciated even though the doordash going company there is no improvement when it comes salary and allowance. But I love the environment.
