What do you like best about the leadership team?

What I like best about the leadership team is that when we need help, they always make sure that we are assisted, and they are always approachable in any case. Most of all, they make sure that we are important, and they make the environment good for us agents.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In terms of the basic pay, they were not fair; they only offered us a basic pay for no experience when I had a year and 2 months of experience when I applied in CP360, whereas the other wave that had only months of experience was offered higher than ours.  Hoping t
