I enjoyed being here in Contact Point 360 our account may be not the hardest but it can also be stressful when you get a markdown, however I got used to the feeling that when I get a markdown I take it as a challenge to bounce back and never give up.

Sitting on my station doing my work and talking with coworkers/friends when we're on low queue
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has been active with the celebrations both in the United States and the Philippines. They would give a gift for some of the agents' just like during father's day i got a free tshirt.
