I was lucky to such an understanding and caring teammates. And that is the best for me so far.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that the opportunities are open to all employees. Whether they are under probationary or a regular employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There isn't enough benefits or bonuses to performing agents or consistent agents. There are a lot of disputes also that takes a lot of time to process. Very inconvenient to the employees part.
