Overall experience is a mixed emotions considering this is my first time under BPO industry. But what best to describe this is Growing. It made me grow as a person.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team provided us support with everything we do. Encourages us to do better from time to time. They continuously checked on us weekly and provided us with knowledge that we can surely add to make our work easier.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is Being the Best. We were able to do work and having to enjoy at the same time. Plus factor with the supervision of our Team Leaders. To be able to enjoy work is what makes it best.
