Again, as a company this is just ok... I've worked in other much more organized places in many aspects that in a sense makes me wish to return there but much more that this place would be like that and it is not, this place has a loooong way to go if I'm honest.

It's ok, JUST ok, it lacks a bunch...

THE TEAM WORK, there are a TON of favoritisms in this company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much, they don't do much to make this place fun or energetic.
