My account/program is great however CP-360's salary package is really not satisfactory.

I think it's the leadership.

The work is great and the working environment is not toxic.

The team work is great, the worse about my team are the unnecessary banters, cheap talks, and immaturity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
CP360 only offers basic salary and no allowances as of now and no incentives. This is the lowest compensation package in all the BPO companies I have worked with.
