So far I feel very safe and comfortable whenever I set foot inside the company, I feel valued and as well as monitored so far this is the best experience I ever had.

They give importance to those people who's beliefs are different. They made them feel that they are valued
What makes you most happy at work?
The people are accommodating and as well as the leaders, they greet you everytime we walk past each other or we see each other outside or inside the work place.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked more than 10 days per 2 weeks sometimes but the extra days are not paid due to the reason that our pay is fixed and also we don't have any allowance such as fare, food, and attendance.
