Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think because of the lack of allowances that an agent should be received like rice allowances, transportation and other benefits. Along with the salary increase per year. I understand because the company is still new. Overall, the working environment of the company is good and very recommended.
