In terms of team experience, I could say that I'm glad to be part of this account, because of our previous & current leader & teammates who have been a family to me. As for overall experience,I could understand that our company is a growing, but they should also work on with the welfare of employees

Our supportive leader and happy non-toxic teammates

The friendship and family treatment among the teammates.

Having crazy team to talk and laugh with and sharing of foods.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There was no annual increase in salary and salary alignment isn't fairly given to employees. Not much monetary compensation given to top performing employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way they give importance to birthday celebrants every month, like the cakes given, it's a simple way to make people smile on their special day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Having such great leader in our team and teammates working together, we all share happy thoughts, bondings and foods which makes a healthy working team environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The alignment of salary and compensation wasn't given fairly. Should compensate employees even in terms of tenure to make employees valued during their period of service.
