to unite the CP culture, this is not about enemy campaigns, where you cannot talk to another campaign person. try to unite everyone

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We as a team need to be humble, recognize that we are not perfect, and realize that we need to say hi, respect each other work, and not give opinions of other's work, because we are partners, not our peer bosses.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Take our concerns as a priority, be proactive, and make some retention efforts before the employee goes. Think more about a team's well-being than just a few people. realize that increasing people's salaries and benefits keeps people happy and motivated too.
