As a BPO newbie, I appreciate that the company gives me a chance to grow here, and I will never fail the opportunity they give.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I got on well with other people, and really enjoyed working with them. At the same time, sometimes I had to put my work first, and make sure that I completed what I needed to do. So, I would say that they would describe me as disciplined, but friendly and supportive.

The work environment and the account itself it's not affecting my mental health.

Our leaders motivate us every day, as a newbie in BPO I never felt behind, they never fail to guide us.

I really appreciate the leaders here in our LOB specially the Operation manger and Team manager (jamie) they make sure that our concerns will be heard. But other team leaders need to do their jobs as a team leaders specially taking action with dispute of our salary
