Never in my entire experience here in CP360 that I regret to be part of this, I am beyond lucky for this. This helps me a lot. From finances, knowledge, adjustments, and even understanding the phase "change is constant". THUMBS UP!
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can solve customer's concern and how my team treated us so well. It's the comfortability matters.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I learned to adjust myself and I feel comfortable of working with them knowing they will help you grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am able to provide (needs/wants) beyond my expectations. Not to brag, but everything works so well for me these past few months.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We became more united and considerate to each other's feelings and perspective of different things. Aside from that, we learn how to work as a team and work on our performance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel comfortable how AM Christian treated us fairly. In that way, my coworkers including me became the best version of ourselves. Most of the agents are very considerate and thoughtful.
