The insurance that you can achieve after 3 months it was very helpful

Well there isn't a lot, but I have a friend and I think that's enough
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
To be honest I don't really pay attention that much of the companies culture as long as they're decent. Overall I have no problem the company is good
What are some of the best things about your team?
The TL actually cared about the team and makes sure the schedule aligns and informs us about our daily score which we can improve further, the team was fairly decent though i don't talk to them that much . But overall it's good
