What is the best part about your compensation package?
The good part is the pay, but lack of stock options is a little depressing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my ability to lead is a bit underestimated. In terms of compensation, my raise for the year was barely over inflation despite an exemplary job last year.

Undervalued: Expansion of role has not resulted in additional pay. Its one of those things that hard to gauge for leadership, which I totally get, which is why I feel more neutral towards it . I would love an expansion on benefits though.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun and always enthusiastic to learn more. The best part is they are always ready to set aside and walk you through a process if there are any questions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive part of ePayPolicy is its People. I have never felt this happy coming into an organization where I am greeted with so many wonderful faces. This is truly amazing
