What are some of the best things about your team?hardworking, driven, dedicated, supportive, etc
What are some of the best things about your team?Collaborative, innovative, coordination, understanding, bonding
What is the best part about your compensation package? It is best in the industry
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Executive team is full of bloated and bad leaders. They lie to everyone in their communications and townhalls through lack of transparency. Despite candor and transparency being our 'values' they actually don't exhibit either.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? Those of us in technical roles are hired for our expertise, however, when it comes to making decisions our feedback is either ignored completely or not taken into consideration. I would like executive management to take pay cuts and stop laying people off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? To make a decent living!
