Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I go above and beyond, take on special projects but never truly felt valued by my next level People Leader. I would feel better by being compensated for my hard work, consistency, and value I bring to the company.

For CSC TL position, TL to rep ratio is too high to manage effectively/thoroughly. CSC TLs have to manage more processes than an LP and ASVL TL but we are in the same salary grade.

Bonus is most of the time very low while other companies pay much higher bonuses, also for Top Achiever its 160% to 200% in other companies compared to Ford. For salaries, some GSRs are making much more than others. Also people starting new positions are being offered high salaries while others not

We need a work load that is fair and equitable. Instead of cut, cut, cut it would better serve quality, quantity and morale to try and not over work everyone.

they have to stop taking so many days off and stop being lazy they hide out all day while there are getting paid or the leave the company while still getting paid while others work hard for there money
