Stop with the knowledge drain. Empower employees. Reward valuable employees. But most of all, stop doing stupid stuff. Turning automated systems into manual work for teams in APC. We have tried long enough now to get the GCC etc. up-to-speed, the time and effort invested is not worth it.

1 small pay increase in 13 years despite an enormous hike in responsibility
