Needs to work on setting realistic goals and work allocation that are actually possible to achieve in one working day instead of blaming the employees for not achieving the unrealistic goals. Additionally, compensations need to be given as per the work that is expected to be done by the employee.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued as I'm learning. But if I was not learning, what I'm getting is not enough. In general, Foundever does not give us the right amount of money and perks.

Higher salary with better incentives for extra work. I have worked two years across three different scopes without even considering the difference in responsibility and workload. Its highly unusual that you have a salary that has been "stuck" for the last decade while cost of living is soaring

Under qualified people: the actual talent left the company because of money. The people working here are under a lot of pressure and receiving less money than what they should.

I really wish I had something. But nothing from management seems genuine as this company does "GOOD THINGS" just for optics. While doing the very least for the "foot-soldier" that's actually doing the work in the various projects.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The same things that I have highlighted in my answer to other questions, the leadership team needs to be more transparent with the clients and set realistic achievable goals with the agents and support staff and also acknowledging their achievements.

Stop paying people to join and reward who's still here. No need to be on the base salary, give bonuses like other BPOs do. For now, Foundever is the worst.

Too much workload, my position should be handled by at least 3 people, but I'm here stuck doing everything. I do not have the tools I need. Nor the time to do things correctly.
