Taking better care of their management and employees. The place has the highest turnover rate of any restaurant that I've seen.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i was constantly promised a promotion with no action taken on that. i was harassed and threatened but they did not care. the assistant manager just yells at people when she's upset and treats them like less than a human being.

I make 75 cents above minimum wage and have worked here for 2 years and have gotten no raises in the past year

my coworkers are great but the ones that aren't so great will start rumors and drama, threaten people, and try to get people fired with no repercussions.

Fire the employees. Everyone who works here is allowed to steal food make extra food text with glves on make personal calls on the line. Including my general manager

they need to hire people that are actually good for the job rather than picking up bums off the side of the road and hiring them just so they can come to work and scream at underage girls and grab them.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
i would actually interview the people in my opinion, i basically was hired on the spot with 3 questions asked and no past work experience. they didn't even ask me for a food handlers card until i was working there for about 5 months.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
if they actually cared about their employees i would see great improvement but they just don't. they pick favorites and give them raises but keep workers at minimum wage when they've worked there for years. they need to show appreciation to their staff.
