I admire my VP, he looks out for his management team and his entire BAM organization. He articualtes our needs to SVP and C-Level leadership and provide the necessary documentation to justify. He sees the best in everyone he meets. Very positive.

I feel Frontier pays employees at my position on the low end. And the bonus structure is much lower that the previous role. I believe to retain top talent, Frontier need to re-evaluate the payment plan.

The culture and work environment needs a makeover. There is conflicting information constantly and processes and expectations change so frequently its difficult to keep track. Value your employees or they will leave.

1. Installs not being completed on the first visit. 2. Cross departmental interaction; I'm new and departments that are vital to my job don't want to communicate with me. I will break them but it shouldn't be that way. I'm going to waste lots of time forging these relationships.

Direct management is not supportive, and makes you feel like you're not valued. No sympathy for what employees are going through in the new work from home environment. Not enough positive reinforcement from direct leadership.
