Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the temp agency was paying me a specific rate as a temp, why would the company still pay you the same as permanent employee? The temp agency was something negotiated for a temporary time, but once you ask the employee to join you full time, more money should be offered. Otherwise, stay as a temp.

I feel undervalued because I was working very hard to be considered to turn full time but instead team hired someone else for that role only because they knew someone in the management.

I had one phone screen and one hiring manager interview. They were scheduled quickly and I felt that my time was valued.
