What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. They are extremely invested in our success and provide us with transparent business updates on a monthly basis. It's clear that they care about employees and their wellbeing.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits are phenomenal - the best I've had in my career.

Straight compensation is in line with the market but our benefits are exceptional. Our health benefits are fantastic and the vacation, 401K match and other benefits are amazing as well.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the pleasure of working with an amazing group of hardworking individuals who consistently support and challenge me. I look forward to work each day because of them and consider them all friends.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is one of inclusivity and belonging and I appreciate how much time and energy is spent on fostering and cultivating that culture to thrive in a remote-first environment.

There are two things that contribute the most to the positive environment, flexibility and people. Being remote is a huge plus for flexibility in work and life. The people I work with are incredible and make coming to work everyday exciting and fun.

Flexibility! Virtually, it's hard to turn off. Knowing my boundaries allow me to do my best work. I also appreciate the effort that goes in to bring colleagues together across functions when normally, you may not have a true opportunity to interact with them.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to talk with multiple employees who would be my peers in order to get a better idea of 'a day in the life.' I was even able to speak with someone who was in a SVP position.
