My manager is super supportive and encourages learning and growth
Review from Operations Dept
The team level on up to the service level are great managers. The executive team likes to create their own irrelevant metrics that inaccurately account for staffing, compensation and patient experience.
Review from Operations Dept
They are constantly seeking improvement
Review from Operations Dept
They communicate well down the chain
Review from Operations Dept
Leadership team needs to listen to their front line employees and understand the challenges they face instead of forcing them to work unreasonable hours with unreasonable expectations.
Review from Operations Dept
Stop screwing us over. Stop treating us badly and then acting like we are so lucky to work for you.
Review from Operations Dept
Caring about employees and valuing them
Review from Operations Dept
Addressing employee concerns and decreasing patient ratios for nurses. This would improve HCAPP scores and make everything better. Stop decreasing already crappy PTO benefits.
Review from Operations Dept
Listening to employees, sticking to mission

Pay us what we are worth--which is more!
Review from Operations Dept
Intermountain and Select Health are one and yet Select Health plans for employees aren't even the employees best option. Intermountain has a near monopoly in Utah and the pay would indicate they are very aware of it. Healthcare workers are paid betterconsidering cost of living in all nearby states.

Review from Operations Dept
There is a culture of respect among physicians, APPs, and all other direct patient care workers that is rare to find anywhere else.
Review from Operations Dept
Helping little kids get better
Review from Operations Dept
This company places productivity and money ahead of patient care. There is a toxic culture at Intermountain. It needs to change and is unacceptable.
Review from Operations Dept
Respect employees by maintaining or increasing benefits, not decreasing.
Review from Operations Dept
Better pay, more transparency. And support for front- line and middle managers.
Review from Operations Dept
If everyone started having a more positive attitude
Review from Operations Dept
In general, the environment with coworkers is great. The nurses and staff need to be listened to. The doctors are great about listening to patient's needs, but upper hospital and company management don't care about the patients or the staff
Review from Operations Dept
The multiple groups of interviews, and clinical cases
Review from Operations Dept
I have no issues with the process.
Review from Operations Dept
The in person interview was great
Review from Operations Dept
Communication was clear, all appointments and requirements were on time and very well done. There was no redundancy in paperwork and onboarding.
Review from Operations Dept
The interviewers were willing to listen and were asking situational questions.

Review from Operations Dept
Overwhelmed. Not the correct PPE. Not fairly compensated for risking my life every day.
Review from Operations Dept
The last couple years, everything has been about how we can cut costs and make the company more money. We should be focusing on the patients and how to make employees feel valued so they want to stay and give their all to the patients
