Our management on Tmob NY1 Sta rosa site doesn't know how to value their employees. They don't care about the problems or whats happening with their agents.

The amount of accounts thrown at me that my coworkers can't keep up with and keeping up with my own, and still doubling what the team does i should get a HUGE raise. They pay way too low for their expectations set so high.

They need to stop "passing the buck". Work the account, 1 call resolution. not this nonsense they do of "oh it's not my account i'll take some of the info and then send it off to the collector to deal with" IF the customer wants invoices send them the invoice, dont email the collector to do it.

Higher pay, computers that work properly not what we use now. they don't have proper programs, have to shut down all the time due to errors. need better communication. need to pay employees for holidays, you are choosing to close why should we have to use pto time or not get paid.
