Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently Warehouse Supervisors are working 6-days a week and almost 12-hours each day without any compensation or appreciation for the long hours.

My coworkers need some version of sensitivity training; Most importantly a training course on how to effectively provide a genuine customer experience, with confidence that they will return. Proper employee etiquette

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is: 1. Employees rarely talk to one another. This was a big hurdle to overcome b/c it is unlike any company I have worked for before. Conversation, interaction of ideas, allow us to grow.

What makes you most happy at work?
Customers who are happy to see me. Many times a week a cust. will swing by the meat counter, to say hello, and be on their way. No purchase of product, but a testament, to the true value of service.
