What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. They are so open about everything. We have monthly calls with the entire company led by the CEO to discuss how the company is doing, what the industry is up to and how we can improve.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fair. I feel like I'm compensated appropriately. They also do random nice things for us.

Unlimited PTO that comes along with the encouragement to use it! Most workers take 2-3 weeks off each year. Way better than industry standard.
