Not harrassing, threatening, belittling, discriminating against associates and creating a hostile work environment

We work as a team and care about eachother. None of us like our store manager

See my previous answer. Poor store management makes it not worth any amount of money or compensation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a diverse store except comments have been made by our manager that make minorities feel uncomfortable and no one takes it seriously
