It's a morally bankrupt company run by morally bankrupt people. Ive often said Kroger needs to print its core values and leadership diamond on their rolls of toilet paper. That way not just management, but everyone can wipe their bum with them.

We get Christmas day off.

Being a human being. Being professional and follow the core values of the company which no one does.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Your told if your unhappy in any way to leave. Every time we get a new contract we lose something. Department heads get more shoved onto them and get treated like dirt by management.
