What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a kroger in a good area, i'd say i'm pretty lucky overall for working in retail
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My department head is truly fantastic, but the floor supervisors under her are honestly a mixed bag. Anyone above her, i rarely see--upper store managemnt isn't very involved with the day to day oporations
