To be honest working at Kroger's is terrible. This is my first job and the management is terrible. They are completely unorganized, the pay is not worth it, and only cares about the profits not the employees well being.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I don't like anything about the leadership team and the only person that really cares about the employees is the store leader. Everyone under him are completely unorganized. Most employees don't do anything at all and completely work the mess out of their best in employees. Until they make them quit
