Very difficult no help from customer service or any help from managers in the whole tire store

Be better they stop cutting the hours in the front end of the store and hire more help as a checkers in baggers everywhere in the store needs help

Our managers don't care about taking care of the customer services or any employees issues at all in the store and cut the hour so the big box of skin
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They cut airways hours out of the front end it has been terrible this all week and some people down there and plus we need security they're all this week to still whole bunch of stuff and managers don't care
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Terrible service customer service as an employees customer service and they cut the hours from the front and farm everywhere in the store it's just been terrible this whole week and they need to send someone down for the main office to handle these issues
