Some of the cashier's and courtesy clerks are great. My immediate department team I consider good friends.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Store manager needs to get better at treating people equally and most definitely with respect. I know we don't see that now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been working there for a long time and the pay is not showing my years there. Courtesy clerks almost get as much as I do. With that new contract they benefitted mostly from it.
