Extremely Short-staffed. Not all managers have people-management skills. The don't know how to take the whole team as one. Instead they deal with each team member individually.

Lead the team NOT individuals.

I work part-time but did get to invest in 401k.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It starts with the manager. If the manager can treat us as a team and not just individuals, we might be able to work together better.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Hire more full-time employees, treat the current employees as human beings not robots. Focus on their development and you will be able to retain the best employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very easy going, two part interview. First the phone interview, I was asked about what would I do in certain situations. In-person interview had more in-depth questions.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire more as we are extremely short-staffed. Involve the department managers in the hiring process as they know what they actually need. Update the Job description, you are using very old description. Train the managers to lead the team as a whole NOT just the individuals.
