Listening to the employees. Learn to resolve problems instead of trying to write up the employees for everything
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work at the deli I feel that we should get paid at least $15 an hour. I work too hard. I can multitask but I work way too hard for $11.85 an hour
