On 12/01/2020 I made 14.45 an hour then on 01/01/2022 I now make 14.30, after ten years my pay went down by .15 after the pandemic and staffing shortages, the peer pressure to work, the lies from management and the union if say this place is awful to work at .....

The interviewer she was a nice lady who I'm still friends with to this day

Communication and seeing people as human beings not just tools for the comapany to throw away
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too many things to list from the useless union to the peer pressure from deluded full timers who are happy making nothing and being treated badly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Literally jus don't reduce my pay after a decade of sacrificing holiday with family and enduring a pandemic on the front lines where masks shouldn't be worn because it will "scare " the customer ...... Also I make less now did mention that?
