Friendly, inclusive, helpful, inciteful, collaborative. They're the best and without them I wouldn't work there anymore!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, open, mostly down-to-earth people that I can call by their first names and who will remember my name if/when we meet again.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workload increasing by half each year for last 3-4, pay is not keeping pace. Increasing salary to meet industry average, paying the bonus quarterly instead of yearly, changing the pay cycle so it is predictable, covering more than bare minimum with health ins.
